A massive thankyou to all of you that supported the event in 2016 and we can’t wait to see you all again in 2017!
“Many thanks for Saturday’s 10k plus cross country. The course had everything, gravel, pathways, mud, woodland, fields, wooden planks, roads, grass, crops, farm tracks, unavoidable puddles, styles, gates, steps, hedgerows, hills. It was a great testing course. The best bit though was the most friendly and encouraging marshals I have ever come across. Extremely well done and thanks again” Nick, Newport and District Running Club
“Thank you for a great, well-organised race today. Loved the off-road, wet and muddy course. Loved the goody bag. Flannel was a well thought out idea to wipe my sweaty face in warm conditions. Thought the idea of the last runner getting a bottle of prosecco was lovely. Every runner is important and I think this gesture showed that. Thanks from Blythe Bridge R/C”
“Loved taking part in a friendly, local race hosted by Gnosall Ladies. It was a fun, wet and muddy scenic route with enthusiastic marshals and locals supporting you.” Alice from Stafford
“Well-organised, challenging route through the Gnosall and surrounding countryside. Great goody bag and t-shirt and enjoyed the fun warm-up and the finish in the carnival arena. Looking forward to 2017!” Paul from Gnosall
“Overall the event was fun, well organised and the hosts ‘Gnosall Ladies’ were very welcoming and supportive. It was a great route and the muddy puddles added to the entertainment! Marshalls were friendly and directed where appropriate and of course encouraging. The goody bag was a perfect fit to the event and the need for a banana greatly needed! I would most definitely do it again! Here’s to success in 2017.” Sue from Newport
